About
I am a Hackney, London based constructed textile designer specialising in knit. I graduated from the Glasgow School of Art in 2024. My work seeks innovative, contemporary, and sustainable interior solutions. I use 100% deadstock yarns which inspires new thought through its limitations, and importantly, reduces the environmental impact of the work. Technical and material considerations are at the heart of my practice, ensuring the fabric's longevity. Trial and error is key to my process. Though often frustrating, I have learnt to trust the process, finding exhaustive experimentation generally yields the most exciting and pertinent results. I has a particular fondness of colour.
Interested in the relationship between objects and their owners, I believe the way one fills their physical environments reflects the way one lives within their imagined landscapes, psychologically.
In my spare time, you will find me doing crosswords, puzzles, listening to music or to the same tv show over, and over, and over again, podcast-style.
